Refund Policy

1. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our professional apparel. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unaltered items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

• Items must be in original condition with all tags attached

• Final sale items (marked as such) are not eligible for return

• Undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Return Process:

1. Email us at service@yudicor.com with your order number and reason for return

2. We'll provide a prepaid return label (US customers) or return instructions

3. Pack items securely in original packaging

4. Ship back within 14 days of return approval

Refund Timeline:

• Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

• Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

2. Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for:

• Size exchanges

• Color exchanges (subject to availability)

• Style exchanges (price differences may apply)

Exchange Process:

1. Contact us at service@yudicor.com within 30 days of delivery

2. Specify desired exchange item(s)

3. We'll provide return instructions

4. Once we receive your original item, we'll ship your exchange

5. You'll receive tracking information via email

Exchange Notes:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error

• Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

• International customers may be subject to additional duties for exchanged items

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

1. Contact us immediately at service@yudicor.com (within 7 days of delivery)

2. Include clear photos of the damage/defect and your order number

3. We'll arrange one of the following solutions:

   • Free return and replacement (if available)

   • Full refund including original shipping costs

   • Store credit with 10% bonus for the inconvenience

Quality Guarantee:
All Yudicor garments come with a 90-day craftsmanship warranty. If you discover a manufacturing defect within this period, we'll repair or replace the item at no cost.

4. Important Policies

• Return Shipping Costs:

  • Free for US customers (prepaid label provided)

  • International customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error

• Processing Time:

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your return after receipt

• Restocking Fee:

  • 10% fee applies to returns of customized or made-to-order items

• Gift Returns:

  • Gift recipients may exchange items for store credit
